All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Pre-Orders:
House of AC offers certain products on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
You are reserving an item that is not yet in stock.
All pre-order items purchased by July 31st, 2025 are expected to begin shipping approximately 3 weeks after that date (around August 21st, 2025).
Delivery times may vary depending on location, demand, and carrier logistics.
We will keep customers updated on any delays or fulfillment changes via email. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms and understand that fulfillment will not be immediate.
4. Orders & Payment
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and current information. All payments must be made at the time of purchase. House of AC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
5. Shipping
Shipping times may vary based on your location and the availability of the product. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events.
6. Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of House of AC. To be eligible for consideration:
Your item must be unused, in its original packaging.
You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange, email us at info@shophouseofac.com with your order number, a detailed explanation, and photos if applicable. House of AC reserves the right to approve or deny exchange requests.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

All content on this website—including designs, graphics, logos, images, product names, and text—is the intellectual property of House of AC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
